The Rochdale & District Amateur Radio Society, following our very successful June Summer Rally, have made a donation of £1,000 to the local Springhill Hospice.
As a Specialist Palliative Care Unit, Springhill Hospice in Rochdale provides the highest standard of physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual care for patients with life limiting illnesses and their families, friends and carers.
Similar fund-raising activities are planned, starting with our Winter Radio Rally in November.
